About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Residential Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 to 10 years of proven experience in residential construction contract administration, with strong expertise in managing documentation, compliance, and project coordination. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all residential projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and manage residential construction contracts, variations, and progress claims.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate submissions of quotes and scopes.
Monitor and track project budgets, timelines, and contract obligations.
Coordinate approvals, permits, and other documentation in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Assist in preparing project schedules, scopes of work, and tender submissions.
Transition and manage project data from Bluebeam to WonderBuild software.
Collaborate with estimators and project managers to support cost estimation and procurement when needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation across all projects.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the residential construction industry.
Strong background in architectural residential projects is highly desirable.
Proficiency with construction management software, preferably Bluebeam, and willingness to adapt to WonderBuild.
Background in estimation or costing will be an advantage.
In-depth knowledge of residential construction processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
