Head of Equities (Insurance)

Position Overview

The Head of Equities leads the firms equity investment strategy and ensures strong portfolio performance across domestic equity funds. The role oversees portfolio managers, analysts, and traders to deliver consistent results versus benchmarks and peers, while maintaining a disciplined and research‑driven investment process.

This position also contributes to product development, regulatory compliance, and supports business growth through client engagement and market representation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Portfolio Management (50%)

• Lead tactical and strategic decisions across all equity mandates.
• Oversee portfolio implementation and adherence to risk and performance objectives.
• Maintain and update the house view and performance scorecards.
