Job Details and Responsibilities

Overview : Lemongrass Consulting is seeking a meticulous and proactive Process Excellence Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Process Excellence team, you will be responsible for the generation, maintenance, development, and governance of all operational processes, including Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes.

You will also be responsible for aligning and consolidating ITIL standards, DevOps best practices, and the extensive use of Generative AI. You will engage with business representatives across the organization to ensure processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Generation and Maintenance : Develop and document new operational processes, maintain existing ones, and update documentation regularly. Find creative ways to embed Generative AI in process creation and upkeep.
• Process Development : Identify opportunities for improvement, collaborate with teams to implement enhancements, and ensure thorough testing before deployment.
• Process Governance : Establish governance frameworks, monitor compliance and performance, and conduct audits for continuous improvement.
• Engagement with Business Representatives : Act as liaison, facilitate workshops, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
• Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change, and CMDB Management : Oversee lifecycle processes, ensure integration and efficiency, and support operational teams.
