Quality Auditing Lead – Accenture, Philippines

As a Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for the quality assurance of Content Moderation, including analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content, investigating, escalating, and resolving issues reported by users or flagged by the system. The role may expose you to flashing lights or contrasting patterns, and to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Strong resilience and coping skills are required, and Accenture provides well‑being support for Trust & Safety teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Quality Audits to ensure service meets client and organisational goals and quality standards.
- Enforce defined policy guidelines for all workflows within the Content Moderation scope.
- Share timely quality insights to drive process improvements.
- Track and report performance feedback and individual development.
- Collaborate with the core Operations Team to uphold overall quality standards.
- Assess the quality of analysts on the project.
- Meet volume and quality targets for all quality assurance audits.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of client processes and needs.
- Maintain understanding of client Service Level Agreements and key performance requirements.
- Engage in ongoing training to build product, industry, and professional skills.
- Participate in process calibration sessions with clients and cross‑vendors.
- Manage escalations effectively.
- Identify root causes for business‑related issues and recommend solutions to improve client satisfaction.
- Monitor and track incidents to ensure timely resolution.
- Deliver feedback and conduct coaching sessions to motivate analysts.
Qualifications
Open to both college graduates and undergraduates with relevant experience in Quality Assurance.Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience (Senior Analyst),Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in Quality Assurance (Specialist).Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience (Specialist).Minimum 7‑8 years of experience in Quality Assurance (Associate Manager).Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience (Associate Manager).Seniority level : Mid‑Senior level
