As a Pioneer-Chat / Email Support, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service via chat and email. This is a full-time role based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, where you will play a crucial part in delivering the company's mission of providing top-tier customer support.
What you'll be doing
Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via chat and email
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
Providing accurate information and guidance to customers, ensuring their needs are met
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
