Job Description

As a   Virtual Concierge Professional , you’ll deliver high-touch, five-star service to busy professionals, executives, and families. This is not a typical customer service position — you will take full ownership of each client request, ensuring a seamless experience from initial intake to final fulfillment.

You’ll research, coordinate, and manage diverse service requests while maintaining exceptional communication and attention to detail. Supported by integrated systems and AI tools, you’ll represent premium brands with professionalism, warmth, and precision.

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Requirements

Requirements Fluent in U.S. English, with exceptional verbal and written communication. Proven proficiency in Zendesk or similar multi-brand, omni-channel CRM systems. Strong multitasking, research, and coordination skills. Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal judgment. High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and composure. Preferred Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge, hospitality, executive assistant, or premium customer service roles. Prior work with corporate, residential, or white-label concierge programs is preferred but not required. Background in luxury services, property management, or travel coordination is preferred but not required. Experience managing complex, multi-step service requests autonomously.
