HR Operations Manager

The HR Operations Manager develops and implements new or changed HR policies and maintains companys HR systems. The ultimate goal is ensuring the Companys HR front-end and back-end operations run smoothly, deliver excellent results and remain cost-effective.

• Manage the operations scope of HR services delivered for the respective entity or business, inclusive of internal teams and external HR service providers
• Ensure alignment of delivery to strategic objectives of HR and business
• Leads the Human Development practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and ongoing development
• Supports the HR Payroll and Hire to Retire teams which are responsible for providing frontend HR services to business operations
• Involved in helping business functions needs in areas such as recruiting, training, onboarding, employee data management, compensation
• Setting of objectives, goals, and metrics and KPIs for monitoring effective performance and process delivery
• Overall in charge of HR Service delivery for client, provide end-to-end HR outsource support for the following offerings : Resourcing, Payroll, HR Contact Centre, Global Mobility, HR Services, HRIS and Learning & Development and Design and Development
• Leads and implements process improvement initiatives and transition / migration projects
