About the Role

We are looking for a Finance & Settlements Officer to join our growing team in Clark. This role plays a vital part in the Novated Leasing process from client submission and credit approval, to preparing lease documentation and finalizing settlements with financiers. Youll work closely with Leasing Consultants and internal teams to ensure each clients leasing experience runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and submit finance applications accurately and on time
• Coordinate with credit teams and assessors to review applications
• Prepare and issue contract documents
• Communicate with financiers to resolve any settlement-related queries
• Manage the full settlement process from approval to completion
• Collaborate with the Salary Packaging team to finalize new lease setups
• Maintain CRM systems with accurate and updated information
