Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Compliance Officer to support the finance, compliance, and reporting needs across multiple businesses, while also providing administrative and HR assistance. This is ideal for someone who enjoys working across a variety of tasks — from bookkeeping and reconciliations to preparing reports and managing employment records.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Financial Operations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform data entry and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Support the delivery of monthly reporting packs with commentary.
- Maintain accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
2. Compliance & Coordination
Assist with Australian compliance matters such as BAS, payroll, superannuation, and ASIC lodgements.Liaise with external accountants and tax advisors to ensure compliance.Keep accurate records and support statutory filings.3. HR & Operations Support
Draft and update employment contracts using templates.Assist with job descriptions and HR record management.Support payroll processing.Help prepare tenders, proposals, and customer quotes.Coordinate correspondence and manage relationships with advisors.4. Personal & Investment Support (as needed)
Provide administrative assistance to the CEO in managing personal property, superannuation, and investments.Help with reviewing contracts and coordinating with advisors.Requirements
Qualifications and Skills :
Background in finance / accounting with hands-on bookkeeping and reporting experience.Strong knowledge of accounting and compliance practices (Australian exposure required) .Must be able to do 3 days work / hybrid in our office (Located at Quezon Avenue Corner Scout Reyes Diliman QC)Experience preparing management reports.Comfortable working across HR, contracts, and administration.Strong communication skills to interact with management and external advisors.Attributes :
