As a Store Manager at Select Goods', you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and success of our retail store located in Iloilo City, Iloilo. What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and inventory control

Ensure the store is visually appealing, well‑stocked, and maintained to the highest standards

Collaborate with the regional management team to contribute to the overall success of the business

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail store management role, preferably within the consumer products industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to drive sales performance

Proficient in data analysis and using insights to inform decision‑making

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
