We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager for Digital Marketing to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing initiatives across video production, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels. This role combines strong project management skills with a solid understanding of content creation, campaign performance, and digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Content Production Workflow
- Manage the pipeline for video projects, from concepting and storyboarding to filming, editing, and final delivery.
- Generate content ideas and review / approve ideas from content creators for inclusion n the content calendar.
- Coordinate with content creators and editors to ensure smooth handoffs at each stage.
- Track timelines for scripting, shoots, post-production, revisions, and approvals.
- Review and ensure the quality of video output and communicate comments and revisions as needed.
- E-Commerce Creatives Management
- Oversee creative asset production (product photos, banners, videos) tailored for platforms like Brand Website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and social media ads.
- Align creative deliverables with e-commerce campaign calendars, promo schedules, and platform requirements, if any.
- Channel Management
- Review campaign content and campaign performance based on KPIs
- Allocate budget and adjust budgets across digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc) to maximize ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
- Traffic & Workflow Management
- Serve as the central point of contact for Creatives task assignments, deadlines, and project updates.
- Maintain, update, and enforce production schedules and content deadlines.
- Facilitate weekly production and post-mortem meetings.
- Flag potential bottlenecks and propose solutions to keep deliverables on track.
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to management.
- Process & Collaboration
- Work closely with account managers, e-commerce specialists, and project teams to align creative work with brand and campaign objectives.
- Optimize workflow processes, tools, and documentation for greater efficiency.
- Foster clear communication between creative, project, accounts teams.
Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in project / traffic management, preferably in video production, digital marketing, or e-commerce.Strong understanding of video production workflows (pre-production, production, post-production).
