HR Associate - Workforce (Project-based) (Start ASAP)

Responsible for creating staffing models, scheduling, and workforce analysis for Reliance Care Inc., a Unilab subsidiary, on a 5-month project basis.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include :

• Develop a clinic staffing schedule.
• Collect, review, analyze, and interpret relevant data to identify workforce challenges.
• Prepare workforce analysis reports for business needs.
• Provide recommendations to improve the workforce, reduce overheads, and increase client experience.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc / real-time reports on various client metrics.
• Provide periodic reports and data trends containing performance data to support Operations.
• Respond to Service Level variations.
• Maintain employee records in the database.
• Ensure all open shifts are properly staffed.
• Handle employee timekeeping reports.
