Job descriptionPrevious experience in customer support or sales is preferred but not required. Good verbal communication skills and active listening ability. Comfortable with using computers and software applications. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to adapt to various personalities. Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls promptly.
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling.
- Follow communication scripts for various topics and inquiries.
- Understand customer needs, clarify details, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Present and promote products or services to potential clients.
- Build a strong business and customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance targets.
