Join Our Global People & Culture Team as a Recruiter!
We're a small, lean recruitment team supporting Bolder Group's global operations . That means you'll have significant ownership , exposure to diverse markets, and the freedom to shape how we work —but it also means you need to be someone we can count on to get things done without handholding .
While our recruitment team is small, you'll be part of the larger People & Culture team based here in the Philippines , giving you a strong local community and support network at the same location.
If you thrive with autonomy , love figuring things out, and want to be more than just another recruiter clicking through applications, this could be a great fit.
What the Job Actually Looks Like :
You'll manage recruitment end-to-end —from the first conversation with a hiring manager to getting someone onboarded. Because we're a small team, you'll wear multiple hats :
Partner directly with managers across different countries to understand their hiring needs ( IT and Finance roles are our bread and butter)
Source candidates using whatever works—LinkedIn, Boolean searches, creative outreach, your network
Own the candidate experience from start to finish
Keep our ATS updated and maintain pipelines for upcoming needs
Stay on top of market trends , salary benchmarks, and what competitors are doing
Bring ideas to the table —whether it's a new sourcing tool, process improvement, or employer branding initiative
Handle offer negotiations and coordinate with local teams on onboarding
What We Actually Need :
Must-haves :
Solid full-time recruiting experience (you've done this before and can prove it)
You know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems , and Boolean search
Strong communication skills —you can talk to anyone from developers to C-suite
Ability to manage multiple searches without things falling through the cracks
What makes you stand out :
Experience recruiting for IT and Finance roles , ideally across different regions
You're comfortable with data —tracking metrics, analysing what's working, adjusting what isn't
Self-starter mentality : You don't wait to be told what to do; you see gaps and fill them
Entrepreneurial mindset : You're curious about new tools, not afraid to test different approaches, and willing to challenge the status quo
You can work independently , but know when to ask questions
Comfortable giving and receiving honest feedback —we believe the best ideas come from open dialogue
What You're Getting :
The Work Environment :
Small team = big impact . Your work directly shapes who joins the company
Part of the larger People & Culture community in the Philippines—you'll have colleagues nearby
Open feedback culture : We encourage honest conversations about what's working and what's not. Your input matters, and we expect you to speak up
Global exposure across multiple countries and cultures
Autonomy to own your processes— no micromanagement
Space to experiment with new tools, approaches, and strategies
Hybrid setup : 2 days working from home, 3 days in our Clark office
Standard PH hours (9am-6pm, Mon-Fri) with occasional flexibility for EU calls
Benefits :
HMO from Day 1 (+ 1 free dependent after regularisation)
Life Insurance from Day 1
15 leave credits (pro-rated), increasing to 20 after 2 years
Location : 8th floor, Tower 1, Clark City Front, Clark Freeport Zone
Is This For You?
This role works best for people who are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy taking initiative . If you prefer clear step-by-step guidance or structured processes that don't change, this might feel too fluid. But if you like the idea of building things, trying new approaches, having real ownership over your work, and being heard when you have ideas or concerns - you'll probably love it here.
