Work Experience :
- At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer
- Preferred : Retail background, but open to trainers for any customer service accounts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to deliver training demos based on provided customer service approaches; having the skill to create training demos for handling time management is a plus
Key Responsibilities :
Curriculum Development : Design and develop training materials such as guides, manuals, presentations, and videos related to customer service skills, product knowledge, system usage, and company policies.Training Delivery : Facilitate training sessions through various methods like classroom seminars, workshops, and role-playing exercises for both new hires and existing agents.Performance Evaluation & Coaching : Measure training effectiveness through assessments and performance data, identify areas for improvement, and provide personalized coaching and feedback to agents.Needs Assessment & Collaboration : Partner with managers and leadership to identify skill gaps and training requirements, and develop strategies to address these needs.
