The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the company's client base within an assigned territory and market segment. The key tasks shall include sourcing and qualyfying leads, negotiations and closing deals. He / she shall be expected to submit regularly such as but not limited to sales funnel report and other reports that shall be required and requested by the management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospecting & Lead Generation
1. Generate and qualify new business leads through diverse channels, including industry associations, government data (e.g., local business registries), trade events, and digital platforms.
2. Source and profile high-potential clients within assigned market segments and territories to build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Engagement & Solutions Development
1. Conduct product demonstrations and exploratory discussions to identify client needs and showcase the value of JRS’s solutions.
2. Develop and present customized service proposals tailored to each client's specific needs, including detailed cost-benefit analysis.
Negotiation & Documenation
1. Negotiate service terms, pricing, and contract details to secure favorable agreements with clients.
2. Manage all contractual and documentary requirements, including service contracts and Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), to ensure efficient client onboarding process.
Collaboration & Reporting
1. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all client requirements are met and projects are executed seamlessly.
2. Prepare and submit timely sales funnel report and related report and analysis as required by sales leadership.
