COLLECTION SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS

⦁ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related field.

⦁ Prior exposure in collections, credit, and billing procedures is a plus.

⦁ Strong knowledge of collection strategies and negotiation techniques.

⦁ Proficiency in Microsoft office.

⦁ Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills

⦁ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize accounts.
