ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN

Qualifications :

• Draftsman (Architectural) degree or Bs Arch degree holder
• At least 5 years working experience in architectural design and site construction supervision
• Proficient in CAD 2d and 3d, Revit / BIM is a plus, Sketchup, Lumion, Vray, Photoshop, word, excel
• Well versed in architectural planning from conceptualization to implementation
• Knowledge in architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing and ece and can interpret plans.
• Knowledge in networking, PC maintenance, software installation
• Good in analytical problem solving, creative, must think outside the box, fast learner
• Good communication skills
