Job descriptionBachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. Preferably with experience in sales, banking, insurance, or customer service (at least 6 months and above of experience) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be willing to be assigned in designated bank branches. Work Schedule : Monday to Friday (Bank Operating Hours)
Location : Cebu Branches

Key Responsibilities :
- Actively promote and sell life insurance and investment products to bank customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with bank staff to generate referrals and leads.
- Conduct financial needs analysis to recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Attend regular training sessions and product briefings to stay updated.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
