Key Responsibilities

• Branding Strategy Development : Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to establish and enhance the company\'s brand identity and market positioning within Philippines.
• Marketing Campaigns : Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and the competitive landscape, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Content Creation : Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content across digital, print, and social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Digital Marketing : Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies, to maximize online presence and engagement.
• Customer Service Leadership : Manage customer service operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences, including leading customer service teams and implementing strategies to improve satisfaction.
• Budget Management : Develop and manage the marketing and customer service budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Performance Metrics : Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to branding, marketing, and customer service activities, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
