Senior UI / UX Designer

Senior UI / UX Designer (Remote) Are you a high-energy design professional with a proven track record in web and content design?

We’re looking for a talented and driven Senior UI / UX Designer to lead a diverse range of website and design projects, working with a wide variety of businesses with varying levels of design and web needs.

Typical projects include complete redesigns and rebuilds of consumer-facing websites, high-converting landing pages, new UI components, and brand refreshes.

You’ll own projects from initial strategy and UX through to polished execution and delivery, working hand-in-hand with developers to bring ideas to life.

What You'll Be Doing : Be the lead designer, setting the standard for all website and design projects (including decks, social, web, and branded assets).

Manage end-to-end website redesigns (primarily WordPress, sometimes Webflow).

Deliver polished, high-performing web design solutions with best-practice UX / UI .

Balance hands-on design work with guiding the project direction and supporting the team when needed.

Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design-to-build handover.

Design iteratively, with a solid grasp of typography, composition, hierarchy, and balance.

Work within existing brand guidelines and elevate the overall look and feel where possible.

Research visual inspiration and develop fresh visual concepts and directions.

Take the lead in maintaining and raising the standard of internal brand visuals for our client.

Review all brand design elements before they are finalized to ensure high quality.

Collaborate directly with clients through workshops to define website and design project requirements and strategy.

Work closely with the Project / Account Manager to ensure design projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and within agreed scope.

Proactively identify and push back on scope creep to keep projects on track.

Communicate clearly and positively, delighting clients and teammates as a collaborative partner.

Who You Are : 5+ years experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or media organization with a focus on design implementation for diverse clients and styles.

Proven UX Research & Strategy experience (Wireframing, User Flows, Prototyping, Information Architecture).

Understanding of content marketing design principles.

Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize time for yourself and a team to meet deadlines.

Fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Business Suite.

Experienced in Brand Design and Uplift (style guides, visual guidelines).

A proactive "doer" focused on execution and genuinely creative with a wealth of ideas.

Why This Role? ~48 hours / month Fully remote position with overlap during UK working hours.

Start date : ASAP Starting salary : Flexible depending on experience and background Opportunity to grow to full-time (36 hours / week), based on performance.
