Job Description
The Head of Operations is responsible for the following :
- Lead and manage the operations team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans in line with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Optimize inventory management processes to reduce costs and improve cash flow.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
- Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Operations should have :
A degree in Business Administration or a related field.Proven experience in operations management from a back-office environment / BPO industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional strategic planning and business process improvement skills.An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What's on Offer
