Tasks and Responsibilities : Prepare dealing instructions and benefit withdrawals Complete business submission checklists and assist with pipeline progression Prepare valuations, transaction summaries, and tax reclaim forms Maintain accurate digital records (Client Profile Form / Proof of Address / Proof of ID) on CRM / SharePoint / ShareFile Support investment review preparation and ad-hoc administrative tasks For client-facing CSAs : assist with meeting prep, note-taking, and follow-up actions; gather and input client financial data; customize reports; prepare insurance illustrations and pension transfer documents; and set up custodian accounts Qualifications : No prior industry experience required; on-the-job training provided Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) For client-facing roles : strong communication skills and willingness to learn financial planning software (Orion Planning) and insurance provider portals
