Job Overview
This role focuses on consultative sales and client engagement for curated Japan travel experiences. You’ll connect with warm, qualified leads generated through digital campaigns across the U.S. and Canada, guiding them from initial inquiry to confirmed booking. The ideal candidate combines sales experience with cultural curiosity, empathy, and the ability to inspire travelers through personalized consultations and destination insight
Position Summary
You’ll manage 30–40 qualified Japan travel inquiries per week, engaging travelers through personalized communication and transforming their interest into memorable journeys. This is not a cold-calling position — it’s a relationship-driven role where your goal is to understand traveler motivations, design tailored itineraries, and ensure a seamless path to booking.

Requirements
Requirements : Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales, customer service, or consultative selling. Background in travel agencies, hospitality, or service-based sales preferred. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Warm, empathetic, and confident communicator who connects easily with mature U.S. travelers (ages 40–70). Knowledge of Japan destinations (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hakone, Mt. Fuji, etc.) — or a strong willingness to learn. Highly organized, tech-savvy, and disciplined in remote work environments. Ability to work during U.S. business hours (EST / PST overlap). Strong sense of professionalism and integrity in client-facing communication.
