Role Overview

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a reputable distributor and manufacturer of agricultural products in their search for an Accounting Head based in Metro Manila.

Salary Range : Open | Work Setup : Onsite | Shift Schedule : Day Shift | Location : Pasay City

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end / year-end close processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure timely submission of audit requirements.
• Manage tax compliance activities, including preparation and filing of tax returns, and ensure adherence to local tax regulations.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate financial reports and forecasts for management decision-making.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and reporting.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development to the accounting team.
