Job Description
- Lead and manage the accounting department, providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership to accounting staff
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, collaborating with department heads and senior leadership
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other key financial operations
- Manage cash flow, bank relationships, and investments, ensuring adequate liquidity and efficient use of company funds
- Oversee internal and external audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets
- Implement and optimize financial systems, processes, and software to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to support strategic decision-making
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory changes that may impact the company
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance or related field
- With at least 2-3 year of Accounting Experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel) and financial reporting tools. Experience with healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement processes is a plus!
- Highly efficient, can multitask and can handle a great amount of workload
- Has initiative and able to work in a fast paced environment; has attention to detail
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to manage a team and interact with senior management and external stakeholders
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills

- Thorough understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and healthcare industry accounting standards
