Overview

Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for IPM Construction and Development Corporation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements in the construction industry.
- Lead a team of accountants and coordinate audits to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision‑making and improve profitability.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Qualifications
Professional competencies include Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Statement of Cash Flows, SAP, and Accounting Software.
