Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team and oversee the management and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to provide technical support and solutions to our employees. This is a full-time position based in our office in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, and peripherals
• Monitor system performance and ensure all systems are up-to-date and running efficiently
• Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network issues
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of company data and systems
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery plans to ensure data protection
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and implement solutions
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to the company's IT infrastructure
• Train employees on the use of new technology and software
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers
