Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Cartrack systems and application
- Monitor performance and ensure smooth operation
- Collaborate with global teams on IT project
- Document technical procedures and train user
- Provide daily IT support and resolve technical queries
Requirements :
