JOB DESCRIPTION :

The IT Systems Analyst (Lead) leads a team of analysts responsible for the analysis of new business system development and existing system improvement. Allocates analysis team resources and monitors deliverables to ensure client needs are met successfully. He / She together with the team functionally design, implement, maintain, and support IT and information systems to meet the business needs of organizations and scale as organizations grow. They analyze and validate test scenarios for the QA and develop specifications and requirements for software developers to follow.

LEADERSHIP

• Adheres to CTI / Filinvest group standard and ensures compliance across IT systems development changes and maintenance processes and resources.
• Plans, organizes, controls, implements and evaluates IT systems development, enhancement maintenance processes, resources and activities to ensure correctness, completeness, timely, reliable and acceptable performance levels of systems, enhancements and fixes.
• Reports problematic or weak areas in the IT systems development, changes and maintenance processes and resources and coordinates to implement strategic solutions in time.
• Manages resources by securing, training and coaching members, communicating job / project / phase & cycle expectations and appraising their performance vis-à-vis such expectations.
• Ensures data security and personal data privacy are observed before, during and after the execution of the QA phase or exercise.
