Work Schedule : Morning Shift
Work Setup : Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati
Eligibility : Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Roles and responsibilities :
- Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions to meet business needs.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Rewards, Workforce Management, and HR Help Desk.
- Assist with troubleshooting, problem resolution, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion HCM systems.
- Provide subject matter expertise during project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Create functional design document for conversions / interfaces / reports / extensions, functional testing and support development of technical deliverables
- Conduct testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop user training materials and provide end-user training sessions.
Requirements :
5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.Completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects.In-depth knowledge of HCM processes and best practices.Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
