Qualifications
- Graduate of a college / university course, preferably Statistics, Psychology or Human Capital Management (HCM). A master’s degree is an advantage.
- More than 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (practitioner) or as an HR Consultant with exposure / experience of leading any of the following :
o HR Data Analytics / People Analytics
o Human Capital Digitalization (HC Dx)
o Strategic Performance Management
o Total Rewards
o Data Analytics, open to other disciplines such as Market Research, Marketing
Analytics, etc.)
