About the role
As an Account Coordinator at ACE TRUCKERS CORP', you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating the accounts for our fleet of trucks. This full-time position is based in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila, and will involve working closely with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of our transportation and logistics services.
What you'll be doing
1. Coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of our truck fleet to meet client demands.
2. Maintaining detailed records of all client account activities and transactions.
3. Excellent communication skills to proactively engage clients, build rapport and secure daily trip bookings.
4. Identifying opportunities to improve account management processes and efficiency
5. Customer-focused problem-solver able to handle pressure and multiple accounts.
What we're looking for
1. 1-2 years of experience in account management, or logistics coordination.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients
4. A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset to identify and resolve any issues
