Senior Assistant Vice President-Corporate Sales

Responsibilities

• Oversees lead generation efforts for new accounts and ensures business retention across assigned areas, brokers, and agents to meet sales targets
• Reviews and implements key sales strategies aligned with target markets; ensures effective execution and goal attainment.
• Ensures team adherence to company performance standards and policies; monitors and evaluates team performance regularly
• Conducts market analysis and provides insights on current industry trends; recommends marketing strategies to sustain and grow market share.
• Develops, monitors, and evaluates strategies to maintain strong relationships with partner brokers and agents
• Leads and supports team efforts in implementing quality programs, ensuring compliance with quality policies and objectives.
• Analyzes risks affecting product / service conformity and customer satisfaction; implements corrective actions as necessary.
• Collects, analyzes, and submits reports on market trends, sales projections, and industry developments to superiors.
• Reviews and proposes incentive programs for the sales team and partners; recommends improvements to key sales processes such as :
