Overview :
The Corporate Sales Manager drives B2B growth for Viajero, focusing on acquiring and managing corporate accounts. This role builds long-term partnerships with businesses, develops tailored travel solutions, and ensures consistent revenue growth from the corporate segment.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, pursue, and close new corporate sales opportunities.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers in client organizations.
Develop tailored proposals, pitches, and contracts for corporate clients.
Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance against targets.
Represent Viajero at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
Stay updated on travel and corporate market trends.
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or related industries.
Strong B2B relationship management and negotiation skills.
Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to work independently and in teams.
