Job description

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any business field
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Skilled in using MS Office Application
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with insurance processes such as SOA preparation, commission release, and premium monitoring
  • Ability to coordinate with brokers and internal teams

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure timely and accurate release of policies, bonds, SOAs, COCs, and related documents
  • Track unpaid premiums and coordinate with brokers
  • Monitor and facilitate release of commissions and official receipts
  • Manage and track new business and renewals
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers
