Position : Sales Administratior - Remote

Work Set-up : Permanent WFH

Work Schedule : Night Shift (10pm - 7am Philippine Time)

Benefits : Equipment is provided, Quarterly bonus + HMO for principal and dependent

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator to support our VP of Sales and the broader Sales Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, managing communications, coordinating projects, and maintaining key databases and trackers. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy working behind the scenes to drive success, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the VP’s calendar, schedule, and special events.

Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the VP.

Maintain distributor price lists, SKU trackers, and promotional calendars.

Process payments, manage accounts and customer pricing databases.

Coordinate sample inventory and shipments for the Sales Team.

Assist in trade promotions, demo coordination, and vendor paperwork.

Liaise between Corporate, Regional Sales Managers, and Marketing.

Organize meetings and support team-building initiatives.

Perform other administrative and project-based tasks as assigned.

Must-Have Qualifications

Associate’s Degree or 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email, and internet tools.

Basic accounting knowledge and excellent mathematical reasoning.

Experience in handling business correspondence and interpreting data.
