Senior Product Manager - Apps

Overview

Angkas' mission is to eradicate poverty in the Philippines by providing opportunities for its bikers to create a source of livelihood that impacts their family and their communities. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen – by delivering tangible value through product innovation and achieving product excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, development, and continuous evolution of Angkas' app features that deepen user engagement and drive high-frequency usage across all touchpoints
• Own the user experience for a high-scale platform, powering millions of transactions
• Manage a diverse portfolio of operationally critical features that interface with complex business logic, real-time systems, and backend integrations. All while maintaining seamless UX and performance
• Partner with the Apps squad to conceptualize and launch novel mobile features. Build foundational "product blocks" that enable modular, scalable user experiences
• Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and design to translate business needs into mobile-first product strategies that deliver measurable impact on GMV and user retention
