SOX Manager Cebu

We are seeking an experienced SOX Manager to join our team in Cebu . The role is responsible for overseeing the organizations internal control framework, ensuring SOX compliance, and driving effective risk management practices across the business.

Key Qualifications :

• At least 7 years of professional experience (Big 4, professional services, or industry), including 4+ years in SOX and internal controls
• Strong knowledge of SOX and the COSO framework; CIA certification preferred
• Degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline, with a strong academic record
• Proven track record in project management, leadership, and team development
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex situations with composure
• Exceptional communication skills in English and flexibility to travel globally as required
