Hi! We’re Smartsourcing, and we’re looking for an F&A Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll make sure our clients’ outsourced finance and accounting services run smoothly, from onboarding to reporting. You’ll be the bridge between clients and delivery teams—guiding processes, aligning expectations, and driving continuous improvements that create lasting client partnerships.

Your Role as F&A Operations Manager

As a Finance & Accounting Operations Manage r (or as we like to call it, the Client Success Navigator), you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring our clients’ outsourced finance and accounting services run seamlessly. You’ll oversee service delivery, manage client communications, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met. Think of yourself as the bridge between clients and our delivery teams—aligning expectations, solving problems, and driving continuous improvements that keep clients confident and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned finance and accounting outsourcing clients.
• Lead client onboarding, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer, documentation, and process alignment.
• Manage client communications, including weekly updates, monthly service reviews, and issue resolution.
• Oversee invoicing, billing accuracy, collections monitoring, and financial reporting deliverables.
• Track and report on SLAs and KPIs, preparing performance reports and action plans for improvements.
• Collaborate with delivery teams (AP, AR, GL, Payroll, etc.) to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
• Escalate and resolve client issues quickly and effectively, maintaining high client trust.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion or process enhancements within client accounts.
• Support compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and client-specific requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and boost operational efficiency.
