SOX Manager - Internal Auditor (Cebu-based)

As a SOX Manager , you will be a key member of the Enterprise Risk team, helping clients improve their internal audit processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate risks. This is a highly client-facing role that requires you to build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders at some of the world's most recognized brands.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage client engagements related to Internal Audit, process compliance, and SOX 404.
• Develop and implement unique, tailored solutions for clients to address their distinct business challenges.
• Advise clients on complex business transactions and recommend solutions for process inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with performance improvement professionals on multidisciplinary engagements to help major global clients transform and sustain their businesses.
• Support the development and transformation of client businesses by providing expert guidance and a deep understanding of their business environment.
