POSITION TITLE : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

WORK LOCATION : Taguig City (near Arca South), Philippines

WORK SETUP : Full Time, Onsite

REPORTS TO : President and Owner

SALARY : Open for Negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related fields; MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
• At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a CEO, COO, or similar executive role.
• Proven success in managing diversified businesses, preferably in retail, consumer electronics, F&B, or leisure sectors.
• Strong expertise in business development, sales strategy, and multi-location operations.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent leadership, people management, and organizational development capabilities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High energy, adaptable, innovative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Willing and able to work onsite in Taguig (near Arca South).

Job Summary

The CEO will be responsible for overseeing overall operations, driving business growth, expanding market presence, and leading innovation across the group.
