About the Role :
OfficePartners360 is hiring Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for one of our valued retail clients. This role involves assisting customers via calls, chats, and emails in both English and Spanish, delivering excellent service and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in English and SpanishProvide accurate information about orders, products, and account detailsResolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalismRecord customer interactions and feedback accurately in the systemCoordinate with internal teams to address escalations promptlyAdhere to company and client service standards at all timesQualifications :
