Job Description :
- Receives, organizes, and shares memos with the team, and sends reminders when needed.
- Compiles Daily Time Records (DTRs), prepares budget requests, and assists with other required reports.
- Helps ensure data is available, properly organized, and regularly updated.
- Assists the Sales Team in preparing and finalizing needed reports.
- Leads the monitoring of customer relations to ensure timely responses and quality service.
- Acts as the main contact person for coordination with other departments.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Management, Communication, or a related field.
Entry level, provided there is experience in organizing marketing events in college or with good scholastic records
Experience in sales is an advantage
