Sales Coordinator (Outbound Operations)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly accountable and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to ensure our outbound sales team operates at peak performance. This is not a passive support role. It is a hands-on operations role that requires vigilance, critical thinking, and ownership of outcomes.
The Sales Operations Coordinator serves as the operational hub of the team, ensuring calendars, systems, and opportunities are accurate and that agents stay on track. The role requires strong cross-channel collaboration, clear communication with customers via email, and daily interaction with agents and supervisors while providing accurate data that drives performance and decision-making.
What You’ll Do
Review and manage daily calendars to prevent double-bookings and scheduling conflicts.
Monitor live dashboards to verify agents are on time and updating opportunities correctly in Salesforce.
Track missed or late appointments and escalate performance issues when needed.
Respond quickly to agent requests for account research, login issues, or technical troubleshooting.
Communicate with customers by email for appointment reschedules and follow-ups.
Provide supervisors with timely and accurate data on trends, missed appointments, and agent adherence.
Oversee tasks in Gladly, including the Protocol Review inbox, refund requests, and escalations.
Process new user setup and terminations across Salesforce, Gmail, Calendly, and related systems.
Provide daily Slack check-ins and check-outs, keeping agents and supervisors aligned.
Hold agents accountable for updating opportunities before the end of each day.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales operations, customer operations, or a similar role.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Gladly, Vonage, Calendly, and Google Suite.
Strong cross-channel communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across agents, supervisors, and customers.
Critical thinking with the ability to spot issues and resolve them proactively.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ownership mindset : you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
Steady under pressure, disciplined, and consistent.
This is a full-time, remote position.

A reliable computer with at least 8GB RAM and the ability to run multiple systems simultaneously (Salesforce, Gladly, Vonage, Google Suite, Calendly).
A high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) with backup options in case of outages.
A quiet, professional workspace free from distractions.
A high-quality headset with noise-canceling microphone for clear communication.
