Payroll Associate

LBC Express, Inc. is looking for a Payroll Associate to handle end-to-end payroll processing, including validation, reporting, and final pay computation for both Philippine and international operations.

Work Location : Two E-Com Center, Harbor Drive, Pasay City

Work Setup : On-site

Job Specification :

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Accounting, or related field
• At least 1 year payroll experience (Fresh grads with strong internships welcome)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
• Discreet with handling sensitive HR information
• Able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and payroll systems
• With knowledge in any payroll system.
• Project management skills are a plus
