🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
🎨 Creative Strategy & Concepting
Develop and pitch ad concepts and email campaign ideas that connect creative strategy to marketing goals.Interpret briefs and feedback into actionable creative directions.Work closely with designers to ensure concepts translate into polished, performance-ready deliverables.Contribute new ideas and creative testing frameworks to refine campaign effectiveness.📩 Campaign & Ad Design Oversight
Collaborate on the design of emails, social media ads, and static or motion creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok.Ensure creative consistency across multiple brands, platforms, and campaign types.Use your marketing and design understanding to identify what resonates visually and psychologically with audiences.🧠 Project Management & Feedback Coordination
Own the creative process —from intake to delivery. Manage incoming requests, delegate tasks to designers, and track revisions and approvals.Act as a bridge between clients and designers , ensuring feedback is captured clearly, prioritized, and executed effectively.Manage creative feedback through platforms like Asana, ClickUp, or Trello to streamline revisions and reduce back-and-forth communication.Maintain a design asset library to improve efficiency and version control.💡 Continuous Improvement

5+ years of experience in creative strategy, campaign concepting, or ad / email design—preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.Strong portfolio showcasing concept-driven ads or emails with measurable results.Excellent at bridging creative and strategic thinking, with a deep understanding of marketing psychology and audience behavior.Proven ability to manage multiple projects , balance priorities, and maintain clear communication across teams.Comfortable collaborating with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams.Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello).Bonus Points
