Director of Operations

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with corporate goals
- Oversee and manage all operational functions across the Philippines

Requirements
10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the BPO industryBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferredExceptional leadership and mentoring abilitiesStrong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to decision makingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to develop and implement operational strategiesAdvanced problem‑solving capabilities and adaptabilityExperience managing budgets and resources effectivelyAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlinesOwned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivityKnowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client‑facing communicationBenefits
