Job Description
The role of Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for streamlining, simplifying, and improving the operation’s end-to-end processes, driving a continuous improvement culture, with systems & tools to drive productivity.
Responsibilities :
- Help define process quality issues, measure current process performance, analyze root cause defects, and develop targeted process improvement opportunities
- Perform data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance trending to develop appropriate process control changes
- Work with the team to recommend appropriate changes in process / approach
- Monitor the efficacy of updated workflows
- Help the team stay up to date with the latest business practices and technologies
- Oversee the implementation of revised company processes and workflows
