Preferably with SALES backgroundDuties and Responsibilities :
Preparation and processing of all documentary requirements for annual permit application.Preparation of staff’s scheduleSupervision of clinic supplies and ensures proper monitoring and accountability of supplies.Preparation of purchase order including coordination with the supplier.Monitoring machine’s maintenance or repair schedulesTimekeeping for payrollPreparation, issuances, and filing of company memos, directives and announcements in coordination with head officeApproval of employee leaves / Overtime in coordination with head officeSales accountability – Sales audit and bank deposit monitoringSales encoding and reporting / Cash receipts bookPetty cash custodian which includes timely petty cash replenishments and completeness of supporting documents.Other administrative concernsSalary Range
